They Start 'em Young

It is only a matter of time now before little Emeril or little Anthony (Bourdaine) bust out on the scene thanks to this video that went viral from Caterer.com. I must admit, this is the funniest bit I have seen in quite some time. Don't believe me? Click on the picture Donkey!

Rubix Solution

This year I finally cracked the cube. Of course it took a full day of research and several hours of bare knuckle contortionism. If you could care less about mastering the cube and just want to get your cube back to solution, then you should check out this Cube Solution site.

Super Chef: Food Network: Three More Years for Alton Brown

Of the few on Food Network, I always appreciated what Alton was able to bring to the table. It is funny to see JULIETTE ROSSANT regard his main audience to "elementary school kids." She does, however, drive home a point: he is one of the few on the network who does not own any of his own restaurants. Food TV has swayed away from those working in food and has placated themselves more toward the home gourmand, A.K.A. foodie. I must admit that Food Network has left a salty aftertaste due to convincing countless morons that they can really cook. Looks easy, isn't always easy, especially when it's for hundreds at a time. I am sure it is only a matter of time before they put out another reality show that shadows "The Restaurant." Of course they will have to beat Bravo! to the punch.
